Eamon Cornelius

Eamon Cornelius is the Principal and owner of Western Tenement Services, Eamon has been with Western Tenement Services for over 30 years. In June 2005, Eamon acquired the business from the previous owner Ken Street. Eamon has a vast experience in the management of Mining Tenements and liason with Government Departments. Through his time in this industry he assisted many new startup Exploration and Mining Companies through to ASX Listings. Eamon has dealt with Native Title Matters on behalf of tenement applicants since the introduction of Native Title. His family has a long standing continuous association with prospecting, exploration and mining dating back to the early Kalgoorlie Gold Rush days. He is also a prospector in his own right, with many interesting and exciting finds in his time as evidenced in his extensive gem and mineral collection.

Fadi Dahdal

Fadi Dahdal

Fadi has been with Western Tenement Services since December 2002. Over the years Fadi has grown in knowledge and experience in dealing and managing Mining Tenements. Fadi's main role is Compliance. He ensures that all Reporting requirements, Exemption Applications, Extensions of Term, preparing and lodging Statutory Declarations, MRF submissions, POW applications and anything else that is required is complete and done in a timely manner. Fadi has established great long standing relationships with his clients and within the Mining Industry, including The Department of Mines, Industry Regulation & Safety and other Government Agencies. Fadi also manages the office's Network and Computer systems to ensure the office is always running smooth.

Michael Behrendt

Michael Behrendt

Michael has worked in the mining industry for 20 years, starting out within the Mineral Titles Division at Department of Minerals and Energy. Michael joined the team at Western Tenement Services in 2007 and is well versed in all facets of mining tenement management. In addition to the daily management of tenements and ground acquisition, Michael also assists clients with reporting and compliance, due dilligence in respect to sale transactions and IPO ASX listings, Native Title Heritage Agreements and Negotiations, Wardens Court objection documentation and negotiations, public relations and liason with stakeholders throughout Western Australia.
